About Us
Technology Based Solutions (TBS) has had a single purpose mission for thirty years and that is to provide Technology Based Solutions for individuals who are in Career Transitions. To see a 3-minute clip about the company, please click here.
We have identified three major targets and 5 Transition Scenarios for each target Group.
In addition we have developed 20 Technology Based Resources that are designed to lower the barriers for anyone in the above transition scenarios. The resources are also applicable for serving the private sector and the general community at large. Many groups are providing these on a "Fee For Service" basis.
The programs are organized into a 5 Stage Model as follows;
- Career Planning - Learning Styles, Drop out Prevention, Job Readiness, Workforce Intelligence
- Job Preparation - GED Prep, Basic Skills, Computer Literacy
- Job Selection - Aptitude, Interest, Work Values assessment, Job Search, Skill certifications
- Job Development - Working Styles, Interpersonal soft Skills, Advance Software Applications
- Self-Improvement - College Major Selection, Life Coping Skills, Financial Literacy
