TBS is a national organization specializing in Technology Based Solutions in the areas of Career Development, Human Resource Development, Job Selection and Retention. Our products focus on Individual Assessment, Job Analysis, and Interpersonal Skills Development.
Business opportunities exists in all markets and all territories throughout the United States (some opportunities exist in specific foreign markets). The following information should be of prime importance in considering working with TBS.
- Territories are assigned on a non-exclusive basis unless certain financial goals are set and accomplished
- Association can be as a sales representative or dealer/distributor
- There is no investment needed
- All sales and promotional materials are supplied at no cost (minimal fee for demo cds)
- Support from TBS includes advertising and lead generation, dealer and client training, sales calls in respective territories, attendance at state and national trade shows
- Technical support of all programs
